The Diversity and Inclusion team at B&Q wanted to show their new recruits the inclusive environment of the business, where all colleagues openly support and proactively encourage diversity.

We captured the thoughts of several, very different, employees on topics including their careers, their sense of belonging and fitting in, respect and fairness. Each account was then presented to an independent Unconscious Bias Consultant, who further identified from these stories that the high regard B&Q has for Diversity and Inclusion is one of the unwritten, positive things about the company.
